I’m coming out here to rave! I had an EXPERIENCE with AA Costumes, and they went above and beyond for me. My mom was supposed to make my children’s solo costumes, but ended up with some unforeseen health problems that made it impossible for her to get them done. Two weeks before the first comp I had NOTHING so I ordered two sets to use as bases. I reached out to customer service because I had forgotten to add expedited shipping and the first amazing thing they did when I shared my situation/timeline was offer me full transparency about current production timelines! There was no way I would receive my items in time, and it would have been so easy to just not share that piece of information and simply add the shipping. So naturally, I was panicked about how to make sure my girls had costumes, and customer service sprang to action! They helped me find items they had in stock that were the right sizes/colors/styles, personally ensured that they were shipped overnight, and cancelled my original order. When I received the items (less than two days later) they were high quality, perfect colors, and fit like a dream! Photos are attached from our first competition this past weekend, and I will forever be grateful for the above and beyond service and support I received. I will recommend AA to anyone for anything! Thank you again to whoever helped me… We are thrilled with how they turned out. ❤️
