I am very impressed by how impressive this PC is. The performance and looks are perfect. I didn’t expect how big and heavy this PC was (I almost fell over because I thought it was lighter). I wouldn't recommend it for people looking for a PC that is not overly large. For people that don’t care, then I would recommend it. For me, people would take maybe a couple of days or weeks to decide on getting a PC. It took me two days. For the delivery, it was swift to get here. I live in Adelaide, and this came from Melbourne. The email said it would take maybe 2 to 3 days. This tool will one day get here. I was shocked at how fast it was. Some issues happened, but they were fixed. Some wires weren’t connected properly; they could’ve been from the delivery. I called for some help, and they were good at communicating. Thanks for the help. Other than that, I recommend this PC to people who are really into gaming and have a big budget.

Love this laptop. Does everything I want gaming wise while I'm away for work. Doesn't get super high fps but with the 1440 p screen it's clear and perfect for a couple hours of downtime after work.

I am super happy with this rig. It was a big leap to upgrade my rig after 9 years but glad I chose Aftershock. I experienced some minor issues but the team was super responsive and repaired my machine quickly and I have had absolutely no issues since. I have new titles I wanted to play at max capacity with no issues. Recommend any purchase from these guys! Also, the Customer Service Team is fantastic.

I don’t have to complain anymore about low fps and low graphics, aftershock pcs are great quality for the price and the customer service is also amazing.

Had an idea of what I wanted but as a 1st custom build and not really knowing where to start, all I wanted an easy and seamless process that detailed what I was getting and covered the performance I required at a competitive price, and this was exactly that! Plenty of customizable options and putting it together online piece by piece was detailed and a great layout. The build itself simply BEAUTIFUL, other than being a powerful beast and performance is nothing short of incredible for gaming and editing, it's absolutely f***ing stunning and looks like a piece of art! Time frame from purchase to pickup was unexpectedly quick. whilst skeptical and nervous about setting it up, it actually was as simple as plug in and play, the only hard part was re-organizing my full setup to make sure this was the centerpiece of it all, well worth it, Thanks a million, couldn't bee happier! This experience has been incredible. The customer support is really good and has reached out whenever issues arise or an update happened. The team were super helpful and knowledgeable with their input on my custom build! There was a potentially faulty part that had a power issue after receiving my pc, and Aftershock replaced it and even upgraded due to not having stock. Very very satisfied customer :)

The Shadow Pro is my first ever rig, and I couldn't be happier with it. The customer service at Aftershock has been nothing short of phenomenal, and I'm so grateful I went to them to build it. It's quiet, has been running all of my games (Elden Ring, Sekiro, a heavily-modded Fallout 4) like absoute dreams. I'll have zero hesitation with asking Aftershock for future upgrades on my rig, and am just so happy with my overall experience.

This is my first properly built PC and I've been really enjoying the upgrade from my gaming laptop. Everything is smooth, well written instructions, friendly and helpful customer service too. My delivery was delayed by 3-5 days but the team has been really helpful. 11/10 would recommend.

Really love the PC. In term of performance, I am really please with the build. This is the first PC I have owned since 2005 so my love for having a PC at home has been restored. Thank you Aftershock. One thing I am still working out is that wifi performance and it has not been great. Might be the positioning of the PC. Will be working that out in a few weeks or so. Currently using a LAN cable so no problem there. I appreciate the after support package from Aftershock PC as I can have a peace of mind that they will take care of the wifi issue if there is one. This has been a great experience so far!

The product is great. Customer service is great as well. But there is one thing I have to mention. Once the product is on the way delivered by the courier services company, there is no email notice for you to prepare to receive your product.

Good airflow on the Rapid. Delivery was timely as well.

Windows 11 took me a bit by surprise, but for a rig that does the lot, this is one for the books 📚

Overall super pleased, the rig came out better than expected, and even though there were some niggling issues with GCC and the MB when it was received the online and in store service team did an amazing job fixing it all up and keeping me informed. Wont be going anywhere else for my PC's now

Very satisfied with my new PC. The ordering process was easy to select the PC and upgrades within my budget. The workmanship is to a high standard and the aesthetics are pleasing to the eye.

It was terrible. I was sent the wrong ssd and not given the right amount of storage and now have to install my own ssd which you again tried to charge me for. This would not have happened if i was sent the correct pc to start with.

PC has been great. Bit miffed the courier lost my accessories box though. Had to use old stuff to replace. Regardless the PC hits the right note.

PC working great and I'm enjoying a solid 7900xtx for the likes of Valorant... what's overkill anyway? Anyway I received the PC much earlier than anticipated which is great but what I was not expecting was it coming with 32GBs of ram. The PC was listed at 16GBs when I bought it but they generously pumped in another 2x8GB sticks so certainly a welcomed surprise!
